Pretty much everyone in the younger generations is aware of Adele and her whereabouts. She is a renowned singer of this era best known for songs like Hello, Send My Love (To Your New Lover), and Set Fire to the Rain.

After all the buzz around her divorce settled down, Adele's name never faded away from the media spotlight, especially after the incredible weight loss transformation she went through. It caught worldwide attention after she posted a photo of herself in a black dress on Instagram. According to Prevention, the Sirtfood (nutrition-rich) diet and a thrice-a-week workout helped the mother of one shed a whopping 100 pounds.

Gabourey Sidibe - 150 lbs

Gabourey Sidibe was born and raised in New York City, earned an associate degree, and worked as a receptionist before becoming an actress with the main role in Precious in 2009. Everyone was always so used to seeing her as an overweight person.

Well, even though she still might be a few pounds over her healthy weight, the Empire star has lost about half of her original body mass of 300 pounds. However, she did so by undergoing laparoscopic bariatric surgery in March 2017 after going through many failed attempts of shedding her weight herself. It has been announced that the 37-year-old will appear in The Harper House soon.

Jessica Simpson – 100 lbs

Almost any adult in this day and age loves a good Jessica Simpson song. However, it has been over a decade since the "Irresistible" singer released any new songs although, it doesn't necessarily mean she has been away from the spotlight.

The 40-year-old has built an acting career, runs a fashion line called The Jessica Simpson Collection, and even published a memoir in 2020. As many mothers do, Simpson, too, went through bouts of weight gain during her three pregnancies. Nevertheless, she managed to bounce back into shape in no time by signing up with Weight Watchers, walking 14,000 steps and following "The Body Reset" diet, losing at least 100 pounds.

John Goodman – 100 lbs

When the 68-year-old American actor John Goodman started losing a whole lot of weight at a stretch, rumors of him having surgery started brewing almost instantly. However, the King Ralph star did not go with such an easy option; and instead, he did all the hard work himself.

As per The New York Post, Goodman altered his lifestyle by going on a diet and exercising. The Mediterranean-style diet he followed and the 12,000 steps he walked frequently helped him bring his body weight down from about 100 pounds. We're sure The Conners actor feels a lot more comfortable in his skin now.

Céline Dion - Undisclosed

Wait, Céline Dion was never overweight to have to lose weight. So why is she on this list? As shown in the two pictures above, the "My Heart Will Go On" singer has lost a noticeable amount of her body weight, so much so that her bones are visible.

Even though many were quick to judge her and believe she had anorexia, the 53-year-old shut down all such rumors by revealing the truth behind her weight loss on Good Morning America. According to her, the new passion she has developed for dancing has plummeted the numbers on the scale. Perhaps she should up her calorie intake as compensation.

Jorge Garcia – 100 lbs

As much as fans adored the funny and plump version of the actor Jorge Garcia, he has made some serious changes to his life. For instance, he recently adopted a healthier lifestyle, especially by significantly cutting down portion sizes of his meals. It helped him drop a whopping 100 pounds.

Why the sudden change of lifestyle? We're going to go out on a limb here and say that it may have something to do with the Lost star's recent marriage to Rebecca Birdsall—hoping for a long and healthy life with her. Garcia is currently working on When We Were Pirates and Running Out of Time.

Keely Shaye Smith - 120 lbs

Keely Shaye Smith must have been beautiful both inside and out to have been able to win the heart of a Hollywood heartthrob like Pierce Brosnan. During their two decades of marriage, which saw the birth of two children, the journalist, author, and television personality put on some weight, which put her under the scrutiny of the public.

However, in recent years, the 57-year-old has prioritized her health and figure and has managed to lose a whopping 120 pounds. It is believed that clean eating and exercise helped her achieve the new figure. Kudos to Brosnan for being by her side no matter what she looked like.

Chrissy Metz – 100 lbs

Having been obese as a child, Chrissy Metz sure has gone through some tough times, especially with cases of bullying. With that said, we're surprised at how wonderful and bubbly she turned out to be, gracing the screens with appearances in This Is Us, Sierra Burgess is a Loser, and Breakthrough, among others.

Now aged 40, the ever so stunning Metz has lost at least 100 pounds, and the fact that she did so in five months can surprise anybody. As per Women's Health magazine, Metz limited her calorie intake to 2,000 and went for 20-minute walks every single day to achieve such an inspirational transformation.

Rebel Wilson - 60 lbs

How can any Pitch Perfect fan get it through their heads that "Fat Amy" is no longer "fat?" Rebel Wilson has been making headlines throughout the last few months in terms of her physique. The 41-year-old has lost at least 60 pounds after declaring 2020 as her "Year of Health."

Even though her stature was a huge part of her brand, we're glad that she embraced a healthier lifestyle. In addition to walking a rigorous 10,000 steps and hitting the gym regularly, Wilson follows the Mayr method for her meals and keeps as much distance from sugar and carbs as possible. She'll appear in The Almond and the Seahorse soon.

Kirstie Alley - 100 lbs

Kirstie Alley is one of those celebrities who have had her fair share of ups and downs when it comes to weight loss, which is why many of her followers can relate to her. Over a dozen years ago, the Cheers star lost about 75 pounds by following Jenny Craig's program.

Alley's weight went off the charts again in the subsequent years, but this time, she dropped 100 pounds. The physical exercise she got throughout her time in Dancing with the Stars helped on top of adhering to an organic diet. Alley's most recent appearance was as Suzanne in You Can't Take My Daughter.

Boyle eliminated sugar from her meals, regularly walked two miles, and also consumed Garcinia Cambogia Supplements to shed 50 pounds.

Remember the power couple Sonny Bono and Cher from the '60s who took off with the song "I Got You Babe?" They had a child during their time together. He is Chaz Bono, who grew up under the media spotlight and subsequently became an author, musician, and actor.

What his fans may not know is that Chaz was born as a girl, Chastity, before undergoing gender transition surgery. The 52-year-old realized his weight was not in control and hopped on a dairy-free diet and exercised and danced frequently to lose an insane 85 pounds, as per Daily Mail. He was so committed that he only ate cake on his birthday.

Alec Baldwin – 30 lbs

Alec Baldwin is the oldest of the four original Baldwin brothers of the Baldwin family. He is a successful actor and comedian who came to be noticed by many following his appearance on Knots Landing. Lately, his fans noticed a loss of weight on Baldwin's side.

It's true. The 63-year-old got rid of 30 pounds within four months by taking spin classes, doing Pilates, and giving up sugar, as per Fabiosa. We're sure it made him a lot more comfortable in doing his work. Baldwin is very busy these days, working on many new projects, including Dr. Death, Supercell, and Rust.

Everybody knows Amy Schumer as a comedy star who can have any place rolling with laughter within just minutes of being there. Known for her witty humor, the 39-year-old became a mom for the first time in May of 2019.

As all women do, Schumer had some baby weight in her post-delivery but managed to get rid of ten pounds soon after. It's unclear as to what methods she followed, but it doesn't really matter as long as it gets the job done in a healthy manner, no? Schumer is currently working as a producer, director, writer, and actress on the upcoming television series Life & Beth.

Rosie O'Donnell can easily be dubbed as a woman of all seasons. Why? Because she is a comedian, producer, actress, author, and television personality. She was merely a teenager when she came under the limelight from Star Search and has since maintained a steady career.

As she grew older, O'Donnell started to show more and more weight on her body. However, in 2013, she made a major life decision to undergo vertical gastric sleeve surgery, after which the 59-year-old managed to go from weighing 240 pounds to 176 pounds. That's a drop of 64 pounds. In 2020, O'Donnell appeared in I Know This Much Is True.

Aretha Franklin - 85 lbs

Aretha Franklin is no longer among us, but her vocals had a lasting impact on the music industry. Born in Memphis, Tennessee, she was best known for songs like Respect, and I Say a Little Prayer. Sadly, she passed away at age 76 in 2018 after suffering from pancreatic cancer.

In 2011, Franklin's appearance on The Wendy Williams Show had many wondering if she was doing alright. This is because she showed a very noticeable weight loss (85 pounds, according to Fox News) compared to the time she performed in Philadelphia in July of 2010.

How is it that a little woman like Melissa Rauch is on this list? We cannot forget that even though petite, she is still a woman who has given birth to two children. The 40-year-old actress has been in the business since 2006 but only rose to international prominence after taking on Bernadette Rostenkowski's role in The Big Bang Theory.

Rauch never went off the charts with her weight and managed to climb back down to her original healthy figure after the births of her children by eating healthy. The breast reduction surgery she's had may also have aided in her weight loss journey.

Gemma Collins is a very frequently shown face on British television. She came under the national spotlight with her appearance on The Only Way is Essex and has since come on other TV shows like I'm A Celebrity...Get Me Out of Here and her very own Gemma Collins: Diva.

Since Collins is now 40 years old and her biological clock is ticking, she has been trying to have a child. However, her diagnosis of polycystic ovary syndrome pushed her to go on a diet and arrive at a healthy weight. She also reportedly took SkinnyJab injections, which ultimately worked out, shedding 43 pounds off of her body.

The name Dana Elaine Owens may not ring a bell, but her stage name "Queen Latifah" most certainly will. She launched her career as a rapper and singer in the '80s and has since made her name popular in all of the show business with acting and production work.

Anyone who knows Queen Latifah knows that she was never a petite woman. She has always carried around extra weight although, it looks like she has embarked on a healthy journey with the celebrity trainer Jeanette Jenkins. So far, the 51-year-old has gotten rid of 20 pounds by working out five days a week and also boogie-boarding and biking.

Britney Spears – 20 lbs

Britney Spears is yet again another celebrity who has given birth twice. Often dubbed as the "Princess of Pop," Spears has lost around 20 pounds in total over the years. According to Hola!, sticking to a diet heavily based on fruits and vegetables and participating in physical activities are what have helped her stay in shape all these years.

Now aged 39, the Oops!... I Did It Again singer has released nine albums and over 45 singles as of today. Unsurprisingly, most of it has made it to the US Billboard Charts, with many even peaking at number one.

Alana Thompson (Honey Boo Boo) – Undisclosed

Alana Thompson, better known by the name Honey Boo Boo, became a popular TV star at a very young age. She first appeared on Toddlers & Tiaras and later competed in several kids' beauty pageants while also appearing on her own reality series, Here Comes Honey Boo Boo.

Thompson, who is now 15 years old, was a victim of childhood obesity. Perhaps it ran in her genes because most of her family members were overweight as well. Somehow, it appears as if the family is adopting a healthier lifestyle because their weight loss transformations are becoming clearer by the day.

Nicole “Snooki” Polizzi – 42 lbs

Born in Santiago, Chile, Nicole "Snooki" Polizzi is a television personality who is best known for starring in projects like Jersey Shore, Snooki & Jwoww, and Jersey Shore: Family Vacation. The 33-year-old balances her career pretty well, seeing as she is also a married woman with three children.

That's right. Snooki has been through three pregnancies and has managed to bounce back to her glamorous self each time by going to the gym. As per People magazine, she did an hour of workouts and cardio each, four times a day, and managed to lose 42 pounds. Her journey is even more impressive, knowing that she used to suffer from anorexia.

Zach Galifianakis – 50 lbs

If Zach Galifianakis looks familiar from somewhere, chances are you have seen the Hangover films or any of the 70+ other projects he has appeared in. He played Alan in the Hangover movies and somehow lived up to have no hangovers after that.

What we mean is that Galifianakis gave up the habit of drinking alcohol, which has not only helped his weight but done a lot of good to his internal organs. As per the Life and Style magazine, just the sacrifice of alcohol alone allowed him to lose 50 pounds. His self-control is inspiring, isn't it? The 51-year-old continues to host Between Two Ferns with Zach Galifianakis.

Jason Alexander – 30 lbs

Jay Scott Greenspan, better known as Jason Alexander, is a 61-year-old American actor who has been in show business since the '80s. In a career with over 140 acting credits, his roles of George Costanza, Phillip Stuckey, and the titular character in Seinfeld, Pretty Woman, and Duckman, respectively, stand out.

A happily married man since 1982, Alexander went through a physical transformation in 2010. He followed the Jenny Craig method and managed to lose his goal weight of 30 pounds, as per Cision PR Newswire. Alexander appeared in Harley Quinn and Young Sheldon and is also scheduled to voice Noah Brooks in The Gettysburg Address.

"A Moment Like This" singer Kelly Clarkson discovered what millions of people have been trying to achieve. By reading the book, The Plant Paradox, she managed to lose 37 pounds, as per Country Living. Well, obviously not just reading the book, but also following what it says.

The 39-year-old mother of two had any meal she felt like but replaced the ingredients with healthier options that have fewer calories. Smart, isn't she? Lately, her work has involved coaching on The Voice and hosting her eponymous talk show, The Kelly Clarkson Show, since 2019.

Kaley Cuoco - 6 lbs

Once again, Kaley Cuoco isn't someone anybody would consider even remotely overweight. In that case, why is she on this list? We know she hasn't gone through pregnancy because she has no kids. The Big Bang Theory star is a fan of yoga in real life, just as she is on the show.

With good practices such as healthy eating, eliminating the consumption of sodas, and of course, physical exercises, Cuoco has become six pounds lighter, she shared with Shape. It doesn't seem like much, but it most certainly is for someone who isn't overweight.

Austin “Chumlee” Russell - 130 lbs

Austin Lee Russell became popular as Chumlee after appearing on the History Channel's reality television series, Pawn Stars. He got that opportunity to be on TV as he started working at the location (the World Famous Gold & Silver Pawn Shop) five years before it went on TV.

Chumlee is still only 38 years old. However, he has already had gastric sleeve surgery to almost half his body size. After following the meal plans before and after the surgery (along with the procedure itself), Chumlee shed a total of 130 pounds. He must feel so comfortable in his own body now.

Wayne Knight - 100 lbs

It has been a long time since we have seen Wayne Knight play Newman in Seinfeld, Jack O'Lantern on The Grim Adventures of Billy & Mindy, and Officer Don Orville in 3rd Rock from the Sun. However, he is still very much active in his career despite being 65 years old.

With age, Knight prioritized his health, and he did so in a manner that wouldn't cause complications in the future. For instance, even though he was tempted to go with gastric bypass surgery, he chose to work and sweat hard to lose a whopping 100 pounds. Tiffani Thiessen - 45 lbs

From Kelly Kapowski on Saved by the Bell to Valerie Malone on Beverly Hills, 90210 to Elizabeth Burke in White Collar, Tiffani Thiessen has graced our screens through heaps of projects. Believe it or not, her career has flourished so much on top of her successful marriage.

Thiessen is a mother of two, having given birth in both 2010 and 2015. However, she didn't need years to bounce back to her original figure as she loves to cook and watched whatever she ate. According to Too Fab, the 47-year-old lost a total of 45 pounds this way. Her most recent work was in Alexa & Katie and Saved by the Bell.

Valerie Bertinelli - 50 lbs

Valerie Bertinelli may be 61 years old, but she is still undoubtedly a sight for sore eyes. However, it is only her who knows the struggles she's gone through to maintain her figure. According to Forbes, she lost almost 50 pounds and also shared that the journey was as much an emotional struggle as it was physical.

Now working with the Food Network, the Valerie's Home Cooking host has prioritized loving herself, which is the key to a happy life if you ask us. She hasn't done any acting work since beginning to work with the Food Network. The last was when she played Melanie Moretti in Hot in Cleveland.

Kirsten Vangsness - 50 lbs

Kirsten Vangsness is the actress behind FBI Technical Analyst Penelope Garcia on the CBS drama series Criminal Minds. She is also a writer who has written at least five episodes of the show. Now aged 48, Vangsness used to be a plus-size person although, she is now promoting a much more healthy figure after getting rid of 50 pounds.

Her inspiration was derived from a book that she read on top of the free podcast series by Renee Stephens. The program goes on for six weeks and reportedly opens up a spiritual path for its listeners to lose weight.

Dawn French - 105 lbs

Anyone with good eyesight can see how much fat Dawn French has shed off of her body. In fact, the transformation makes her look at least ten years younger. We wonder if it's her revenge body because, according to Express UK, her transformation began after her divorce in 2010.

Her most noticeable weight loss was visible in 2014 when she had lost a total of 105 pounds. Today, she is 63 years old and glowing and is working pretty actively on her career. French played Geraldine Granger in The Vicar of Dibley between 1994 and 2020 and is now scheduled to play Mrs. Bowers in Death on the Nile in 2022.

Roseanne Barr - 80 lbs

Roseanne Barr is an American actress, comedian, and writer, most famously known for her eponymous sitcom, which was on the air between 1988 and 1997. Since 2008, however, her work has been on the radio, where she co-hosts The Roseanne and Johnny Show with her boyfriend, Johnny Argent.

Today, Barr is a 68-year-old woman. Yet, we can all agree that her looks have grown better with the passing years, making her look more glamorous. It may have something to do with her weight loss journey, which started with gastric bypass surgery in 1998. Barr is reported to have lost 80 pounds altogether.

Pauline Quirke's role (Sharon Theodopolopodous) in Birds of a Feather was quite a mouthful, but fans can agree that she gave it her best. With a career spanning five decades, the 60-year-old continues to work and has recently made appearances on Emmerdale and Broadchurch.

There was a point in Quirke's life when she hit 280 pounds, making her feel embarrassed of herself. It was then (in 2011) that she achieved a significant milestone, losing 112 pounds altogether. Even though her body mass has always been a stress point of her life, we hope she's feeling better and confident now.

A person's weight doesn't necessarily determine their beauty, but it certainly does their health. When Delta Burke's scale showed 220 pounds, it became the turning point of her life. She took some time off work and focused on eating right and engaging in other physical activities, which ultimately aided her to come to a healthy weight by losing 65 pounds.

For anyone who doesn't know, Burke is a popular American actress, best known for giving life to the character of Suzanne Sugarbaker in Designing Women. Some of the 64-year-old's recent projects are Boston Legal, Bridal Fever, and Counter Culture.

Jennifer Coolidge - Undisclosed

It's unclear as to how much weight exactly Jennifer Coolidge lost, but according to PK Baseline, she did so by consuming Garcinia Cambogia 100 supplements, which is reportedly a natural one. She was never obese. Therefore, the 59-year-old looks great both before and after her transformation.

Despite being in the acting scene since 1993, Coolidge only came under the limelight after portraying Jeanine Stifler's character in the American Pie films and Paulette Bonafonté Parcelle in the Legally Blonde movies. It's not every day that anyone comes across a 180-pound weight loss, especially in someone young in their 20s. Earvin Johnson III, better acknowledged as EJ Johnson, is the middle child of the former professional basketball player Magic Johnson.

Now aged 28, EJ is an openly gay man, especially known in popular culture for his feminine yet striking fashion sense. He may be young in age, but the Rich Kids of Beverly Hills star underwent gastric sleeve surgery in 2015, which helped his body weigh a whopping 180 pounds lighter.

Rikishi - Undisclosed

Sure, Rikishi seems to have lost a noticeable amount of weight now, but his failure to do so in the early '00s cost him his work with the World Wrestling Entertainment, Inc. Born to the Anoa'i family of Samoan wrestlers, his career in the industry was predictable.

According to The Sportster, the WWE Hall of Famer was let go by the WWE in July of 2004 after failing to meet the company's requests for him to lose weight. Now aged 55, Rikishi continues to make the occasional appearance at wrestling events. For instance, he attended The Undertaker's retirement ceremony at Survivor Series in 2020.

Mark Labbett - 134 lbs

Mark Labbett's time on The Chase has seen him be a Quizzer taking on and defeating all comers and a Chaser, a strong one at that. He got so famous for the show that he even took it to America and Australia.

Known as The Beast, Labbett has been showing off his weight loss recently. The 55-year-old has been on this journey since 2003, but it was during the 2020 lockdown that he really lost a ton of weight. Chasing around his three-year-old son and eating a high-protein diet saw him lose 134 pounds.

Anne Hegerty - 42 lbs

Another Chaser on The Chase is Anne Hegerty, who is also known for starring in I'm a Celebrity...Get Me Out of Here! The 62-year-old English TV personality was diagnosed with Asperger's syndrome, but joining the ITV show helped her gain confidence and initiate her weight loss journey.

As per HeartCo, Hegerty dropped 42 pounds within only three weeks by having just rice and beans. The Chase Governess shared on This Morning that cutting back on salt in her food has somehow helped her lose weight. Hegerty is now also presenting Britain's Brightest Family.

Paul Sinha - 28 lbs

Beloved British TV personality Paul Sinha gave up his medical career out of his love for quizzes, comedy, and TV. Being a Chaser on The Chase, he too lost some pounds just like his fellow Chasers. His diabetes also factored in on his decision to shed the excess stone.

As a doctor, the 50-year-old Sinha knew the toll his illness could take on his life, so he joined ITV's documentary Fast Fix: Diabetes. There, he followed an 800-calorie per day diet, which helped him lose 28 pounds. Sadly, it's been confirmed that Sinha won't be part of the new spinoff Beat The Chasers because of his ailment.

Carol Vorderman - Undisclosed Weight Lost

It's hard to believe that Carol Vorderman looks this good. Then again, the 26-year Countdown host is famous for her detox lifestyle, and she's even written about it. She fond of intermittent fasting and has also done 28-day detox plans while keeping up active through exercise. Counting calories isn't her thing, though, because she's all about what's consumed and not how much.

Vorderman recently unveiled through social media that a spoonful of butter in her coffee has been a game-changer for her intermittent fasting routine. On Twitter, the British media personality explained that she finished her six-mile exercise before fixing herself a delicious fry up.

Alison Hammond came to the spotlight in 2002 after joining Big Brother. Although she was the second participant voted out, it opened the door to her working on This Morning the following year. In fact, the 39-year-old still works for the ITV show today.

Hammond admitted that her heaviest weight was at about 20 stones. In 2019, she decided to make a change and joined WW (formerly Weight Watchers) as a brand ambassador. Aside from turning her eating habits around, Hammond also got a personal trainer and even showed her grueling workout on Instagram.

Angela Deem is best recognized for being part of the reality show 90 Day Fiancé. It was there that she met her husband Michael Ilesanmi, a Nigerian national. Together they have proven to be one of the show's more successful pairings, and even featured in the spinoff  90 Day Fiancé: Happily Ever After?

But it was on a visit to her husband's native country that she started feeling she needed to lose some weight. Deem says she must have gained between 20 and 25 lbs and decided to lose the weight by getting a gastric sleeve surgery, and liposuction. She even got a breast reduction, which helped with the weight loss.

Gogglebox star Amy Tapper had been having weight issues since she was a child, but it took one incident in an airplane that ultimately made her decide to get back in shape. In January 2021, the TV personality narrated that while on a flight on her way to a family escapade at Disney, she had to transfer seats because of her size.

Tapper also recalled how she felt embarrassed when she had to ask for an extension for her seat belt. While she admitted that she resorted to fad diets and quick fixes in the past, she lost 49 pounds by sweating it out, working out and eating healthily.

 Judi Love – Undisclosed

Having experienced weight-shaming during her younger years, Loose Women's Judi Love admits she still receives hate mail and less-than-flattering comments on social media. The mother-of-two recently revealed that her social media inbox is full of abusive messages from trolls who accuse her of promoting obesity on the TV screen.

At 41 years of age, Love has now sprung into action and takes on her critics head-on. Ahead of her upcoming debut on Strictly Come Dancing next month, the TV personality is now fasting and engaging in grueling workouts to shed the pounds. Her daily regimen includes weights and high-intensity interval training.

Raven-Symoné – 70lbs

"The Cosby Show" saw the rise of Raven-Symoné as a child star, and she ended up landing her big hit "That's So Raven" on Disney Channel. But then, not everything is as perfect as it seems, as she revealed to "The View" in 2015 that she had been pressured to keep a slim figure ever since childhood.

All the pressure ended up pushing "The Cheetah Girls"   into the other end of the spectrum, and she underwent depression, gaining comfort in food. Raven-Symoné eventually overcame all the issues on her weight, losing 70 pounds naturally! She's been the star of "Raven's Home" from 2017 to May 2021.

Magda Szubanski - 88 lbs

Even though Magda Szubanski was born in Liverpool, England, she now holds Australian citizenship. She wrote sketch comedies when she was young and has since succeeded as an actress and author. Her fans are aware that she's struggled with weight for a good part of her life.

Szubanski has watched the numbers in her scale fluctuate over the years, and it was especially noticeable when she left the Jenny Craig program for the second time in 2014 and regained the 88 pounds she lost during that time. According to the "Daily Telegraph," the "Happy Feet" actress was even offered a million dollars to be a spokesperson for Jenny Craig back then.

Miriam Margolyes - Undisclosed

Born in 1941, Miriam Margolyes is an award-winning British-Australian actress best known for playing Mrs. Mingott in the 1993 movie "The Age of Innocence." She is also popular among "Harry Potter" fans for bringing life to the character of Professor Sprout.

Margolyes has been overweight for a long time, which was always a cause of stress for her. She even did a documentary with BBC 2 named "Miriam's Big Fat Adventure," in which she disclosed her lifelong struggles with weight such as eating more than she needs. It received so much praise from viewers, inspiring them to pursue healthier lives. Margolyes had a recurring role in "Call the Midwife" until 2020.

Kevin James - 80 lbs

Many actors go to extreme lengths for a role—this was exactly what comedian Kevin James did when he prepared his body for a challenging role in the movie "Here Comes The Boom." To prepare his body, he sought the help of a former UFC fighter and eventually shed 80 pounds.

Unfortunately, James didn't maintain his ripped physique, although he admitted he wanted to get back in shape to attain a clearer mind anew. In 2021, the star had become busy with the project "The Crew," so we hope he does find the time to squeeze in his workouts.

Duane Chapman - 20 lbs

In September 2020, TV personality Duane Chapman, who everyone knows as the Dog the Bounty Hunter, made waves after debuting a slimmer figure. As a guest on "The Dr. Oz Show," he revealed that he shed 20 pounds, thanks to the help of Francie Frane, whom he married in September 2021.

While he was slammed for getting engaged less than a year after his wife passed away, it seemed that Frane has a good influence on his health. Chapman also revealed that the new woman in his life made him quit smoking.
