Tom Selleck - 74 - Avocado Farmer

Few men are as experienced as Tom Selleck is when it comes to being a TV actor. His performances on Rockford Files and Magnum P.I. were truly unforgettable, but it seems that acting is not Selleck's only talent. Selleck lives in a 60-acre property in Westlake Village, California, and when he's not on-set, he spends his time primarily growing avocados.

He's claimed that he truly doesn't like them, but he does love agricultural activities, as he's confirmed himself. Selleck was in trouble when in 2015, it was reported that he'd been stealing water before the huge California drought hit, and he was ordered to pay a $21.6K fine.

Steven Anthony Lawrence - 28 - Teacher

Back in the early 2000s, a lot of people knew Steven Anthony Lawrence for playing Beans in the Disney show Even Stevens. He also appeared in other shows like The Amanda Show, Married... with Children, and That's So Raven. 

These days, Lawrence has taken an interest in working as a teacher. He has had seminars in Berkeley, USC, Pepperdine, and different high schools all around Los Angeles, although, Lawrence still accepts roles from time to time. In 2017, Steven played Jingles in the movie titled Holly, Jingles and Clyde 3D.

Chuck Norris - 78 - Martial Artist & Philanthropist

Chuck Norris is a very successful actor who most of you know for the roles he had in movies like Way of the Dragon, Lone Wolf McQuade, and the Missing in Action trilogy. Prior to increasing his net worth tremendously through acting, Norris was actually a martial artist and he holds a black belt in Judo and Brazillian Jiu-jitsu.

He bagged a number of championships and put up his own fighting school called Chun Kuk Do. Norris is also an accomplished philanthropist who is behind non-profit organizations like Kickstart Kids and the United Fighting Arts Federation. In 2018, Norris appeared in ads for Toyota, Hesburger, and Cerveza Poker, though his movie appearances are fewer.

 

Philip Michael Thomas - 70 - Janitor

Actor Philip Michael Thomas first became known for appearing in Sparkle and Coonskin, but his biggest break came in the '80s when he was cast in the popular show called Miami Vice. Some of you might not have known this but before he went to college, he spent some time working as a janitor to earn the funds he needed for his studies. He eventually joined the world of academia but dropped out and pursued a career as an actor instead. Thomas remained active until the 2000s, and it seems like he hasn't been occupied with that much acting work anymore these days. His last project was a 2015 short film titled Thank You, Fifteen.

Jack Gleeson - 26 - Student

Jack Gleeson portrayed the role of Joffrey Baratheon in about 26 episodes of the show, Game Of Thrones. Despite not staying on the show that long, Gleeson was able to receive a number of award nominations for his performance in the hit series.

After leaving Game of Thrones sometime in 2014, Gleeson confirmed he's retiring from acting, at least for the time being. These days, Gleeson is now living a normal life and is currently taking up theology and philosophy at Trinity, in Dublin. In 2012, he became a scholar of the university. Such a promising young man.

Michael Jordan is a name one can never forget. The former basketball player ruled everyone’s heart with his performances during his basketball career. The star of NBA used to play for the Chicago Bulls and won six NBA championships as well as 14 Most Valuable Player award. His success journey is always the talk of the town but very few people know what Jordan is doing now so let's delve into it.

The star is now the majority owner of NBA’s Charlotte Hornets. In addition to this, he is busy doing brand endorsement deals. He works with Nike and has Air Jordan Brand of basketball shoes. His businesses are going extremely well and he is earning way more than what he earned while playing basketball.

Mark Feehily - 38 - Owner Of Crepes & Coffee Van

From 1998 until 2012, Mark Feehily was known for being a part of the boy group called Westlife. Feehily came out as gay back in 2005 and as of today, he takes credit for being a very influential LGBT community member in the United Kingdom.

These days, Feehily is known for pursuing a solo career but he's also making money through his business. He has his very own crepe and coffee van and it's been doing quite well. His van is always present at various festivals. Feehily's most recent release is his 2017 album titled, Christmas.

Lisa Whelchel - 55 - Author & Inspirational Speaker

Lisa Whelchel was very young when she started earning in show business. She started out in The New Mickey Mouse Club and then she eventually got cast as Blair Warner in the show,  The Facts of Life. These days, Whelchel is known for her work as an author as well.

Her most popular books are The Facts of Life (and Other Lessons My Father Taught Me) and So You're Thinking About Homeschooling. You can also catch Whelchel giving talks during the Women of Faith Christian conferences. That doesn't mean she's completely out of the star system and in 2012, Whelchel finished second in Survivor: Philippines.

Angelina Pivarnick - 32 - EMT

Angelina Pivarnick is best known for starring in seasons one and two of the hit reality show, Jersey Shore. Outside of her work as a reality TV star, Pivarnick has reportedly worked as an emergency medical technician.

She apparently also has some experience in bartending. However, as her normal jobs might not be bringing her enough earnings, Pivarnick seems to be making a reality TV comeback in more recent times. In 2018, Pivarnick appeared on Jersey Shore: Family Vacation. She also appeared on How Far Is Tattoo Far? with her fiancé named Chris.

Andrew Keegan - 39 - Founder Of Full Circle

The film 10 Things I Hate About You is one of the most iconic romantic comedies ever and if you had watched the film, you would recognize who Andrew Keegan is. Keegan was the guy who portrayed the role of Joey Donner. Keegan established his own community spiritual center called Full Circle back in 2014.

The organization was referred to as a "new religion" by Vice. Full Circle was raided in 2015 after they were distributing Kombucha without being licensed to do so. Full Circle was closed down in June 2017. Keegan still builds his acting portfolio these days and he most recently appeared on Living Among Us, in 2018.

Erik Estrada - 69 - Deputy Sheriff

Fans of the show CHiPs sure remember Erik Estrada for playing officer Frank Poncherello on the show. Estrada decided to bring his on-screen law enforcement persona to real life back in 2009 when he decided to pursue a career as a deputy sheriff.

Estrada was based in Bedford County, Virginia. By 2016, he was based in St. Anthony, Idaho as a reserve police officer. Despite his law enforcement career, Estrada still earns money through acting work from time to time. His latest role was in the show, Malibu Dan the Family Man.

Brendan Fraser– 50 – Parenting

Star of The Mummy Trilogy disappeared years ago from Hollywood. People kept on wondering why such a successful actor left at the peak of his career but the reason was his health. He went through various procedures and for a star like him who always did energetic roles, working was not an option.

Currently, he is shooting back and forth for a television series Trust. In addition to it, just like normal people, he takes care of his kids especially Griffin who is now 15 and has autism. Brendan was recently seen in Doom Patrol, a DC universe series, airing since 2019.

Kurtis Blow - 59 - DJ & Minister

Kurtis Blow is a recognized name in the rapping scene. Blow takes credit for being the first-ever rapper who was able to get a contract with a major record label and become commercially successful. Blow's first-ever gold record was the single titled The Breaks. 

Back in 1994, Blow became "born again" and as of 2009, he is officially an ordained minister. Blow was actually the one who put up The Hip Hop Church located in Harlem. But he is not only the minister and worship leader for the church for he is also their DJ and rapper.

Al Green - 72 - Preacher

Al Green is a famous soul singer who was very popular during the 1970s. Some of his most popular singles were I'm Still in Love with You, Let's Stay Together, and Take Me to the River. By 1995, Green had managed to land a spot in the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame.

When Green's ex-girlfriend named Mary Woodson White committed suicide back in 1974, he decided to change his life completely. Green became a pastor and released a number of Gospel albums. Green's last soul album was the 2008 Lay It Down. Green is currently 72 years old and his fortune in the bank is estimated at $20 million.

Julia Stiles - 37 - Active Actress and Mom

Julia Stiles finally got her big break when she took on the role of the character 'Erica Dansby' in the TV show Ghostwriter. Stiles then acted in a number of high-profile films, her acting portfolio growing significantly. She acted in Save the Last Dance, 10 Things I Hate About You, The Prince & Me and even in the Bourne Identity franchise. Her last movie role was in Trouble of 2017, where she played 'Rachel'. Lauren Conrad - 32 - Author & Businesswoman

Lauren Conrad was sort of the Kim Kardashian of the 2000s. Conrad achieved fame as a reality TV star through appearing in shows like Laguna Beach: The Real Orange County and The Hills. After she retired as a reality star, Conrad was able to establish herself as an author and businesswoman.

Her 2009 book titled L.A. Candy became a New York Times bestseller. Conrad has released a number of clothing lines, a bag line, and an affordable swim line. It has been confirmed that Conrad will not be making a comeback on The Hills: New Beginnings.

Susan Boyle - 57 - Made A Job Inquiry At A Betting Company

Susan Boyle will always be recognized for her iconic audition in the show, Britain's Got Talent. Back in 2009, Boyle was able to release a best-selling album titled I Dreamed A Dream. Her next albums, The Gift and Someone to Watch Over Me, were quite successful as well.

Despite all her successes, Boyle was once spotted making a job application inquiry at the Ladbrokes betting company. The inquiry was for a customer service assistant position and the salary was reportedly not that high. Boyle never really ended up applying for the job. In 2019, Boyle will be competing on America's Got Talent: The Champions.

Alfonso Ribeiro - 47 - Host

Alfonso Ribeiro started getting his name known in the acting scene back in the 1980s when he played Alfonso Spears in the show, Silver Spoons. He later became even more famous when he was cast as Carlton Banks in the hit show, The Fresh Prince of Bel-Air. 

Since 2015, he has been making a stable amount of earnings, thanks to his work as the host of Unwrapped 2.0 and America’s Funniest Home Videos. In 2014, Ribeiro joined Dancing with the Stars and he later ended up winning in the show.

Jared Frayer - 40 - Assistant Wrestling Coach

Jared Frayer is best known for taking home the gold medal in the 2012 U.S. Olympic Trials. He later competed in the Summer Olympics that same year but he sadly lost to Ali Shabanau. Now that he's out of the competing scene, he opted to take on a normal job.

To pay his monthly bills, Frayer put his wrestling skills to good use and started working as the Virginia Tech Hokies' assistant coach. We are sure the younger wrestlers that Frayer coaches learn a lot of tips and tricks from him.

Haku – 60

Haku is a well-known wrestler from the WWF (World Wrestling Federation) and NJPW (New Japan Pro Wrestling). He is currently in a sort of semi-retirement from the sport. Haku wrestled in the WCW under the pseudonym Meng.

However, he also adopted other aliases in other championships, like King Haku and King Tonga. Haku has four children (two biological and two adopted) with his wife Dorothy Koloamatangi. The family resides in Kissimmee, Florida, where Haku works (or has worked at one time) for a David Maus Toyota dealership, just another everyday sales job.

Sasha Mitchell - 51 - Actor

Sasha Mitchell is most recognized for having played the role of 'Cody Lambert' in the popular sitcom Step by Step. His career was born in modeling, though, and before he began acting, he was earning by posing for Bruce Weber's photography. 

Mitchell tried out acting in his late teen years and his debut was in Pleasures in 1986. In the early '00s, Mitchell made several guest appearances in hit shows like JAG, ER and NYPD Blue.  His last movie role was in Drunk Parents of 2017. Other than that, he hasn't officially retired but is rather quiet these days!

Connie Booth - 74 - Psychotherapist

Connie Booth is a British actress who is best remembered for playing Polly Sherman in the show, Fawlty Towers. Booth did not only do on-screen acting for she had also co-created and co-wrote the whole show. Booth's other known portrayals were on Dickens of London, Little Lord Fauntleroy, and The Return of Sherlock Holmes.

Booth's last acting role was on The Buccaneers, as she stopped her acting career in 1995. Booth later enrolled at the London University and after she was done with her studies, she pursued a career as a psychotherapist.

Jessica Schultz - 33 - Physical Therapy Assistant

Jessica Schultz is a member of the women's curling team of the United States. During the Winter Olympics in 2006, Schultz and her team were able to finish in fourth place. Schultz won the gold during the United States Women's Curling Championship in 2013 but she ended up finishing in fourth place during the World Championships that year. Outside of her life as an athlete, Schultz has a job as a physical therapy assistant. She has been pursuing physical therapy ever since she was studying at Lake Superior College during the late 2000s.

Adrian Dantley - 62 - Crossing Guard

Adrian Dantley is a former basketball star who is best known for his time on teams like the Utah Jazz, Los Angeles Lakers and the Dallas Mavericks. Dantley became an NBA All-Star a total of six times. After his retirement from professional basketball back in the early 1990s, Dantley did what most ex-athletes usually do after playing - he became a coach. However, in Dantley's case, it did not really turn out that well because Dantley has now moved onto working at Montgomery County Public Schools as a crossing guard. He says he really likes this job of his and his work provides him with a number of health benefits.

Tiki Barber - 43 - Radio Host

Another former athlete who has been making ends meet by working in a normal job is Tiki Barber. Barber is best remembered for his NFL career with the New York Giants. After retiring from the sport, Barber served as a correspondent for The Today Show. He also appeared on Sunday Night Football and Football Night in America. These days, his earnings come from his job at CBS Sports Radio as a radio host. He hosts Tiki & Tierney with Robert Tierney. He is also an author, investor, and is one of the founders of the online marketplace called Thuzio. In 2018, Barber was a host on the show called Ultimate Beastmaster

Blake Mciver Ewing - 33 - Go-go Dancer

Blake Mciver Ewing is best remembered for his role as Waldo in the movie The Little Rascals and Derek on the show, Full House. Ewing embarked on a singing career in the 2010s and in order for him to raise money so that he could make his first ever record, he spent some time working as a go-go dancer. In 2014, Ewing was finally able to release his debut album titled The Time Manipulator. In more recent times, Ewing is known for hosting the show called The People's Couch and he also appeared in the 2017 movie, A Very Sordid Wedding.

Lo Bosworth - 32 - Entrepreneur

Lo Bosworth is a reality star from the 2000s who was part of the cast of Laguna Beach: The Real Orange County. Bosworth eventually started appearing in The Hills as well. Her first ever book titled The Lo Down was released in 2011. Bosworth is one of the founders of Revelry House which is a party supply company. Since financing a business turned out so well for her, Bosworth seems to have no plans of going back to living the life of a reality TV star. In 2013, Bosworth created her own YouTube beauty channel and she studied farm-to-table cuisine at NYC's International Culinary Center.

Willa Ford - 37 - Interior Designer

Willa Ford established herself as a singer back in the early 2000s. Her first and only album titled Willa Was Here was released back in 2001 and it was known for the single, I Wanna Be Bad. She eventually pursued acting and is best known for her role on Friday The 13th.  Her last acting role was in the 2016 TV movie, A Father's Secret. These days, Ford has been busy working as an interior designer and she is the woman behind WFord Interiors. Ford is also busy raising her son with husband Ryan Nece.

Deuce Mcallister - 39 - Color Commentator, Analyst, & Athletic Consultant

Deuce McAllister is a former NFL star who is best known for the career he had with the New Orleans Saints. Back in 2009, McAllister won the Super Bowl XLIV and he had played in the Pro Bowl twice already. McAllister once owned a car dealership called Deuce McAllister Nissan but in 2009, his business went bankrupt. These days, McAllister makes ends meet by working at WWL Radio as a color commentator. He is also working for WVUE-TV as a Saints analyst. Just when you thought he couldn't do more, McAllister also does some athletic consultation for the St. Martin's Episcopal School.

Lisa & Louise Burns - 50 - Lawyer & Microbiologist

Twins Lisa and Louise Burns are best known for playing the Grady Twins in the horror movie, The Shining. Louise and Lisa did not really bother adding more credits to their acting portfolio and they decided to live normal lives away from the spotlight. Louise ended up pursuing a career as a microbiologist while Lisa decided to become a lawyer. We guess the Hollywood glitz and glamour was not really for them. In 2014, Louise and Lisa appeared in a documentary titled From Borehamwood to Hollywood: The Rise and Fall and Rise of Elstree.

John Cassisi - 56 - Former Director Of Global Construction Of Citigroup

You can only imagine how happy John Cassisi felt when he received his first ever paycheck at just fourteen years old. This was because he played Fat Sam in the movie, Bugsy Malone. The movie's director was Alan Parker and Parker was the one who discovered Cassisi. Parker apparently visited a classroom in Brooklyn and asked the class who was the "naughtiest" boy in the room. Cassisi retired in the early 1980s and was later working in construction. For two years, he was Citigroup's Director of Global Construction. Cassisi is currently in prison because of his involvement in a bribery case.

Lee MacDonald - 50 - Owns His Own Key-Cutting & Locksmith Business

During the 1980s, Lee MacDonald was well known for portraying the role of Zammo McGuire in the British show called Grange Hill. MacDonald once dreamed of becoming of a boxer and despite already going through training, a vehicular accident later put an end to this dream of his. These days, he owns his very own key-cutting and locksmith business located in  Wallington, Surrey. He first got exposed to the locksmith work when he was still working on Grange Hill and his business plan eventually took root on such exposure. In 2016, MacDonald appeared in the game show titled Who's Doing the Dishes?.

Noah Hathaway - 47 - Tattoo Artist & Martial Arts Instructor

Noah Hathaway became a popular teen star back in the 1980s through his role as Atreyu in the movie, The NeverEnding Story. Prior to this, he was already known for appearing in the show Battlestar Galactica as Boxey. He does not really do acting work anymore and in fact, his last role was in the film Blue Dream, in 2013. He's now keeping his personal finances healthy and financial troubles at bay by working as a martial arts instructor and a tattoo artist. In 2016, Hathaway played Atreyu again on a nostalgic Spotify commercial.

Tami Stronach - 46 - Dancer & Choreographer

Together with the previously mentioned Noah Hathaway, Tami Stronach was also a cast member of The Neverending Story. Stronach gave life to the role of the Childlike Empress. Stronach later left show business because her parents did not want her to have the usual problems that the kids who grow up in Hollywood have.  She later went into dancing and was able to work as a choreographer and ballet teacher. In more recent years, Stronach is making a comeback to acting and she is actually a part of the 2018 movie titled Ultra Low.

Bridget Fonda - 54 - Stay At Home Mom

The acting gene was strong in Bridget Fonda's blood because she comes from a huge family of actors. Bridget eventually lived up to her last name and pursued acting in the late 1980s. Bridget's most memorable performances were in movies like  It Could Happen To You, The Godfather Part III, and Single White Female. The performance Bridget had in the movie Scandal was able to earn her a Golden Globe Award nomination. Her last role was in the 2002 TV movie titled Snow Queen and she has been in retirement since then. She devotes most of her time to raising her son, Oliver.

Elizabeth Hurley - 53 - Part-Time Stay At Home Mom

Elizabeth Hurley aged so well that it is very hard to believe that she is 53 years old now. Hurley is an actress who you probably know for movies like Bedazzled and Austin Powers: International Man of Mystery. Hurley has a son named Damian Charles Hurley with whom she always spends time when she is not on set. Damian is following in his mother's footsteps in the fields of acting and modeling. Damian signed with the Tess Management modeling agency in September 2018. Soon enough, Damian won't need to ask for his mother's help anymore when he goes shopping.

Taran Noah Smith - 34 - Restaurant Owner

Taran Noah Smith's role as Mark Taylor in the sitcom Home Improvement had helped him grow a million-dollar fortune at such a young age because, after all, Smith appeared in 201 episodes of the show. Whatever he earned was placed into a trust fund and Smith got control of it when he turned 18 years old. Smith later put the funds to good use and set up his organic and vegan restaurant named Playfood. Smith once got into a controversial marriage with a woman named Heidi van Pelt because when they got married, he was 17 and she was 33. Their marriage only lasted six years.

Vanilla Ice - 51 - TV Host & Contractor

Robert Matthew Van Winkle a.k.a. Vanilla Ice is a rapper who shot to fame back in the 1990s, owing to his song, Ice Ice Baby. He also did a popular cover version of the song, Play That Funky Music. Ice has released a total of seven studio albums as of today. He is more known these days for hosting his own show titled The Vanilla Ice Project. The program first aired in 2009 and its eighth season just ended in October 2018. That project was such a blessing for him because it has increased his net worth, bringing it to around $10 million.

George Foreman - 69 - Ordained Minister & Entrepreneur

George Foreman is well recognized for all he achieved during his time as a professional boxer. Foreman was a gold medalist during the 1968 Summer Olympics and he was also named as World Heavyweight champion twice. After his boxing career came to an end, Foreman became an ordained minister. He is also a very successful entrepreneur because, with the help of Salton, Inc., he was able to release the George Forman Grill. The amount of units of the grill that have been sold is estimated to be more than 100 million already.

Peter Ostrum - 61 - Veterinary Surgeon

Peter Ostrum is best known for portraying the role of Charlie Bucket in the movie, Willy Wonka And The Chocolate Factory. This is actually the only acting role he ever did, as he realized that the acting career was not really for him. Although, the money he has received from royalties reportedly amounts to $8-$9 million as of 2018. Ostrum later got interested in a career as a veterinarian after his family got their own horse.  He earned a  Doctorate of Veterinary Medicine in 1984 and in 2018, he started working in New York's Countryside Veterinary Clinic.

Frankie Muniz - 32 - Race Car Driver, Musician, & Host

Frankie Muniz was one of the most popular young stars from the 2000s and he was able to build a very good credit score at such a young age. For about six years, Muniz starred in the Malcolm In The Middle but he is also well recognized for movies like Agent Cody Banks 1 & 2 and Big Fat Liar. Aside from acting, Muniz became a race car driver and he even managed to compete for the Atlantic championship. Leanna Creel - 48 - Producer & Director

Leanna Creel was known for being triplets with her sisters Monica and Joy. They all appeared together in movies like Parent Trap III, Parent Trap: Hawaiian Honeymoon, and The Wonderful World of Disney. As a solo actress, Creel was known for her appearances on Saved By The Bell,  Ned & Stacey, and One West Waikiki. Creel eventually took a break from acting and studied film. She later started building a portfolio as a producer and director. She is known for working on Desert Blue, Six-String Samurai, and Get Over It. Creel is openly gay and has been married to Rinat Greenberg since 2008.

Sarah Michelle Gellar - 41 - Startup Founder

Another actress who started making money in the acting scene at a young age is Sarah Michelle Gellar. Gellar made her debut through the TV movie Invasion of Privacy but it was her role on All My Children that made her popular. In the late 1990s, she became a household name in the industry after starring in Buffy the Vampire Slayer. In 2015, Gellar launched a startup called Foodstirs. It is basically a lifestyle company that is trying to make it big in the e-commerce world. Gellar also released a cookbook titled Stirring up Fun with Food, in 2017.

Nikki Blonsky - 30 - Part-Time Makeup Artist & Hairstylist

Nikki Blonsky is best known for playing Tracy Turnblad in the 2007 film adaptation of Hairspray. The following year, she starred in the movie Queen Sized. Because her acting career was not really taking off, Blonsky decided to find other endeavors that would help her attain financial stability and avoid bankruptcy. Blonksy later obtained a cosmetology license and started pursuing a career as a part-time makeup artist and hairstylist. She would do this part-time job in between castings. Blonsky's most recent role was in the 2017 movie, The Last Movie Star.

Charlie Korsmo - 40 - Law Professor

Charlie Korsmo was busy being a child actor back in the 1990s. Korsmo was known for the roles he had on Dick Tracy, Hook, Can't Hardly Wait, and What About Bob?. Korsmo eventually left the acting scene to pursue his studies. He went to the Massachusetts Institute of Technology, obtained a physics degree and afterward went to  Yale Law School and got a Juris Doctor degree. Korsmo worked at  Sullivan & Cromwell LLP as an associate but these days, he works at the Case Western Reserve University School of Law as a professor.

Tiffany - 47 - Boutique Owner

Tiffany Darwish, who is more commonly known as just Tiffany, used to be a famous teen singer during the 1980s. She is best remembered for her singles titled I Think We Are Alone Now and Could've Been. In September 2018, Tiffany released a new album called Pieces of Me. Aside from maintaining her career in the music scene, Tiffany has also made a business investment. She is the owner of her very own clothing boutique located in Tennessee. Together with his twin Cole, Dylan Sprouse became a popular young star through their Disney show, The Suite Life Of Zack And Cody. When the show's spin-off titled The Suite Life on Deck had ended in 2011, he shifted to video game design after studying at the NYU. While he was a student, Sprouse had a part-time job as a restaurant host. When people saw photos of him working, they immediately assumed he had money problems. It turned out that he was just after the experience and extra income. Sprouse is making an acting comeback in 2018 and has four new projects in the works.

Jon Gosselin - 41 - DJ & Prep Cook

Jon Gosselin was known for his reality TV show with ex-wife Kate called Jon And Kate Plus 8?. The show basically showed people their lives as parents of six kids. The ex-couple had also written a book about them living with and raising six children, which became a New York Times bestseller. Despite Jon and Kate's divorce getting finalized in 2009, the pair still fights over child custody to this day. Now that Jon isn't a reality TV star anymore, he has resorted to working as a DJ and a prep cook at T.G.I. Friday's.

Kirk Cameron - 48 - Preacher

From 1985 until 1992, actor Kirk Cameron was well known for playing Mike Seaver on the show, Growing Pains. His portrayal of the role earned him two Golden Globe award nominations. His other known portrayals were on Like Father Like Son, Listen to Me, and the Left Behind movies.  Cameron is now recognized for being an Evangelical Christian these days who preaches in his ministry called The Way of the Master. His ministry actually has a show on TV that is airing to this day. He and his wife also founded their own charity called The Firefly Foundation.

Jonathan Bennett - 37 - Spin Class Instructor

Jonathan Bennett will forever be remembered for playing Aaron Samuels in the iconic film, Mean Girls. His other popular roles were on Van Wilder: Freshman Year, Cheaper by the Dozen 2, and Veronica Mars. He has two upcoming movies titled The Haunting of Sharon Tate and Day Six. Aside from acting, Bennett also gets earnings from working as a spin class instructor. In case you did not know, Bennett is into guys and he has been openly gay since October 2017. He is in a relationship with Jaymes Vaughan who hosts Celebrity Page. 

Steven Seagal - 66 - Reserve Deputy Chief

Steven Seagal rose to fame in the late 1980s and some of his most memorable performances were in movies like  Marked for Death, Hard to Kill, and Under Siege. Seagal is far from retirement and he is reportedly going to star in upcoming sequels of Under Seige and Above The Low. Seagal is known for his experience working at the Louisiana Sheriff's Office as a Reserve Deputy Chief. He was even given his own reality TV show called Steven Seagal: Lawman that followed him in his law enforcement work. As of 2018, there are many women claiming that Seagal committed indecent assault against them, so we'll have to see how this develops.

Lucy Liu - 49 - Visual Artist

Back in the late 1990s, Lucy Liu rose to fame through her role as Ling Woo in the show, Ally McBeal. She later gained even more popularity when she starred in Chicago, Kill Bill, and the Charlie's Angels movies. At the same time that Liu was developing her acting career, she was also working as a visual artist. Most of the money Liu earns from her art shows are donated to charitable organizations like UNICEF. In 2018, Liu starred as Kirsten Stevens in the romantic comedy, Set It Up. Liu also stars in the show called Elementary.

Jason Zimbler - 41 - Software Designer

If you watched Clarissa Says It All during the 1990s, then you might know who Jason Zimbler is because he was the young boy who portrayed the role of Ferguson W. Darling on the show. Zimbler did not stay long in the acting scene as he soon went to the University of Notre Dame. He obtained a Business Administration undergraduate degree and a  Theater Directing graduate degree. Zimbler is one of the founders of  The Re-Theater Instrument theater company. He has also been working as a software designer for HBO since 2011.

Danny Lloyd - 46 - Biology Teacher

In the horror movie titled The Shining that was released back in 1980, Danny Lloyd was the child actor who played  Danny Torrance. His concentration skills were apparently what made him win the role. Lloyd's last acting role was in the TV movie titled Will: G. Gordon Liddy and then he had left showbiz and retired from showbiz after that. These days, he is far away from the world of Hollywood. He is already 46 years old and he lives a very normal life in Elizabethtown, Kentucky. He works at their community college as a biology professor.

Maia Brewton - 41 - Attorney

In the late 1980s, actress Maia Brewton became known for portraying Sara Anderson in the movie, Adventures in Babysitting. A few years later, she was cast as Shelly Lewis in the show, Parker Lewis Can't Lose. Brewton's other known appearances were on Back to the Future, Lime Street, and Skytrackers. Brewton eventually shifted her focus to her studies and went to the prestigious Yale University. Since she graduated, Brewton has been working as an attorney (though we don't know what law firm). Brewton is openly gay and she has been married to Lara Spotts since 2008.

Alex James - 50 - Cheesemaker & Journalist

Alex James came to prominence as the bassist for the hit rock band, Blur. The group became one of the best-selling bands in the UK and helped shape the Britpop genre, selling millions of albums worldwide. Though in 2018, the group's frontman revealed that they wouldn't be reuniting ever again, James found different ways to make money. He has been involved in the food industry for many years, and he even had a column on The Telegraph where he wrote about food and music. He's also a cheesemaker, producing his own cheese, mainly artisan and everyday cheese, and some of his products have been distributed to supermarkets.

Gemma Merna - 35 - Yoga Teacher

Gemma Merna is a quite recognizable figure in the UK, thanks to her modeling and acting success. Her most notable role was the one of Carmel McQueen on Hollyoaks, a popular soap opera which aired on Channel 4. Merna worked there for eight years until finally deciding to quit the acting industry to focus on yoga teaching. As she revealed in an interview on FEMAIL in 2016, working for 12 hours a day had exhausted her, and despite getting good earnings, she didn't regret retiring from acting to pursue her passion for yoga. Nowadays, she's a full-time yoga instructor and we think that she's quite happy with that. 

Shawn Kemp - 49 - Sports Bar Owner

NBA players trembled before Shawn Kemp and his unique athletic skills, and his dunks are surely still remembered. He was a six-time NBA All-Star, and we last saw him play basketball during the 2002-2003 season for the Orlando Magic. Since retiring, Kemp already had some investments he wanted to make in mind. Originally, he opened his own bar called "Oskar's Kitchen," which unfortunately closed in 2015. Moreover, he controls interest in many different Seattle companies which allow him to earn money since quitting basketball, something he really needs as he has seven kids!

Jeremy Edwards - 48 - Construction Worker

You'll see a lot of actors doing rather different stuff when they're not on set, but Jeremy Edwards surely picked one of the most bizarre ways to keep his bank account full. Edwards is known for having starred in Hollyoaks and The Wright Stuff, while he also appeared in shows such as Dancing on Ice and Celebrity Big Brother. From 2014 to 2018, he starred in the TV series Millie Inbetween. In 2011, it was reported that he had started working as a construction worker, and the British media just couldn't understand why. It seems though that Edwards is a hard-working man, and he's not afraid to show it.

Jessica Alba - 37 - Founder of The Honest Company

We knew Jessica Alba would become a huge star since we first saw her. What we didn't know is that she'd also become a very successful businesswoman and that she'd be great in wealth management and innovative ideas. Alba rose to stardom by starring in the Fantastic Four films, and since then, she's taken Hollywood by storm. We were surprised to hear that in 2012, she founded her own company called The Honest Company. It produces vegan and eco-friendly household products, and in 2017, it was reported that it was worth an estimated  $1 billion!  

Cote De Pablo - 39 - Singing

We bet you know who Cote De Pablo is. After all, how can anyone forget the stunning actress who portrayed Ziva David on the hit TV series, NCIS? De Pablo studied drama and music at the Carnegie Mellon University, and she made her first money in showbiz when she was just 15 years old, co-hosting the Latin-American TV show, Control. It was later revealed that De Pablo is actually rather good at singing as well, and she sang with Tom Waits for the NCIS: The Official TV Soundtrack, while she was also featured in Roberto Pitre's Vivo En Vida studio album. In 2019, she is in the cast of Seneca, an upcoming drama film.

Freddie Prinze Jr. - 42 - Television Personality

Freddie Prinze Jr.'s reputation started to rise in the late '90s, with roles in cult-classics like I Know What You Did Last Summer and She's All That. However, his career (and his salary of course), skyrocketed in the early 2000s, when he appeared in the iconic TV series such as Friends, Boston Legal, and 24. He's also worked as a director and producer for the WWE. Though he's not as relevant nowadays as he used to be, he's still a well-sought out name in the acting industry. Reportedly, he's expected to star in the upcoming CBS comedy series, I Mom So Hard. 

 Helen Hunt - 55 - Producer

Helen Hunt has been in the acting game since the '70s, and after decades in the spotlight, she's earned an Academy Award and a spot in Hollywood's greatest. She's most famous for her work in Mad About You, As Good As It Gets, and Twister. Hunt wanted to finance a business of her own, so she founded the Hunt/Tavel Productions, and apart from having produced many films, she's also worked as a director. Her latest directorial work had been in an episode of the TV comedy series Splitting Up Together in 2018, and we're sure we're going to see more stuff from her in the future.

Sharona Alperin - 50 - Realtor

My Sharona is one of the most famous rock anthems in the history of music, and believe it or not, it referred to a real person. The song was released by Knack, a rock band whose guitarist was Doug Fieger. When Fieger was 25 years old, he came across the love of his life: Sharona Alperin. He described her as his muse and they even dated for two years, and Fieger wrote the song about her, as he couldn't stop thinking of her. Nowadays, Alperin is 50 years old and she specializes in the field of real estate. Amazingly, her company's website is mysharona.com. Catchy!

Jennifer Love Hewitt - 40 - Stay-at-Home Mom

Jennifer Love Hewitt knew how growing up in the limelight felt like, as she was one of the most prominent child stars of the '90s. She was cast in Disney Channel's Kids Incorporated series, and she grew her savings account from a really young age. She later starred in the classic horror film I Know What You Did Last Summer, while she also landed roles in series like Ghost Whisperer and Criminal Minds. Nowadays, she's mostly focused on her two kids with her husband, actor Brian Hallisay. However, in 2018, she made her acting comeback, and since then, she has been appearing in the 9-1-1 series.

Macaulay Culkin - 38 - Musician

Macaulay Culkin used to be the adorable kid we all loved in the Home Alone film and its sequel. The films were a huge success, and it was obvious that Culkin had the skills to take over the acting industry and build a large acting portfolio. This didn't actually happen, as Culkin faced many personal issues regarding illegal substances and booze. However, in the last couple of years, he's made a strong comeback, and in 2019 he'll star in the comedy film, Changeland. Culkin had also been playing for a band called The Pizza Underground, a comedy-rock group, but in 2016, he announced that they had disbanded.

Geena Davis - 63 - Social Activist

Everything Geena Davis does comes out successful, and we can't help but admire this woman of many talents. She was already a celebrity back in the '80s, and she's appeared in some iconic films like Beetlejuice, The Accidental Tourist, and of course, in the Stuart Little franchise which also introduced her to younger generations. Davis was also involved in modeling and professional archery. Lately, Davis has been using her big net worth to help humanitarian organizations across the world, such as The Women's Sports Foundation and Title IX. In 2018, she released a documentary about gender discrimination called This Changes Everything. 

Ethan Hawke - 48 - Novelist, Director, & Screenwriter

Ethan Hawke needs no introduction, as his acting career has brought him international recognition. Hawke is praised for his performances in classic movies like Dead Poets Society and Training Day. He's also worked as a screenwriter and director for many films he's starred in such as Before Sunset and Before Midnight, and it seems that he was born to become a Hollywood essential. Hawke though also has a passion for writing, and he's released five books, with the most recent being his 2016 publication Indeh: A Story of the Apache Wars. Taking into consideration that he isn't retiring any time soon, we can still admire his work for many years to come. 

Bo Derek - 62 - Produces & Sells Pet Care Bathing Products

Bo Derek gained tons of attention when she starred in the comedy 10, back in 1979. Her marriage to director John Derek offered her many new roles and high earnings, as she later starred in Tarzan, the Apeman and Ghosts Can't Do It. Though the films were bashed by critics, Derek already had enough cash and fame to be considered a celebrity. In the last couple of years, she's mostly focused on her company called Bo Derek Pet Care. It produces high-quality shampoos and other products primarily for dogs. In 2018, Derek appeared on The Last Sharknado: It's About Time. 

Hilary Duff - 31 - Author

Years after years in the spotlight haven't worn down Hilary Duff, who truly looks more and more spectacular every time we see her. Since rising to prominence as a teen icon on Disney's Lizzie McGuire, Duff has played in numerous films, including Agent Cody Banks, A Cinderella Story, and The Haunting Of Sharon Tate in 2019, which remains her most recent acting credit. Duff has found numerous ways to refill her bank account, as she's also a very successful singer. Duff is also involved in writing, and she's released three publications: Elixir, Devoted, and True. 

Jennie Garth - 46 - Businesswoman

Jennie Garth came out of nowhere in the '90s only to become one of the top teen icons of her time, starring as Kelly Taylor in the iconic TV series Beverly Hills, 90210 and its 2008 spin-off, 90210. She hasn't stopped acting, and in 2018, she appeared in an episode of The Mick, but her subsequent roles haven't been that rewarding. Garth though proved to be a woman with a solid business plan, and she founded MomGiftBox, a company which sells numerous household products for mothers. However, all the bucks she earns from sales are donated to philanthropic causes. Instead of cashing in on a fruitful business, Garth shows how kind-hearted she is. 

Mike Vitar - 40 - Firefighter

Mike Vitar's acting portfolio isn't that impressive, but back in the '90s, he had managed to become quite popular. He starred as Benny the Jet in the hit comedy film The Sandlot, while he also appeared on D2: The Mighty Ducks and D3: The Mighty Ducks. In 1997, he decided to call it quits, and since then, he began working as a firefighter for the Los Angeles Fire Department. Things didn't work out that well though. In 2016, he was arrested for violently assaulting a student along with some other firefighters. He managed to avoid getting imprisoned in 2017, but in the same year, a civil lawsuit was filed against him.

Shirley Temple - Deceased - Diplomat

Shirley Temple's acting career dates back in the '30s when she became a huge child star for her performances on Bright Eyes, Curly Top, and Heidi. Though everyone believed that she'd go on to become a Hollywood legend, she made her final acting appearance in 1949, in the film, A Kiss For Corliss. Temple then made money by getting involved in politics. She was a member of the Republican Party, while she also served as a US Ambassador to Czechoslovakia and Ghana. Sadly, Temple passed away in 2014 due to lung disease. She had been a heavy smoker for years.

Taylor Momsen - 25 - Singer

Taylor Momsen was one of the sweetest girls we'd ever seen when she starred as Lou in How the Grinch Stole Christmas back in 2000. Momsen also appeared as a series regular on the hit TV show Gossip Girl, from 2007 to 2012. It seems though that Momsen has other ways of improving her credit score these days. She's the singer of the acclaimed rock band The Pretty Reckless, and she's achieved international success with the band. In 2016, the group released their third and most recent record titled, Who You Selling For. 

Lark Voorhies - 44 - Author

Paychecks kept coming for Lark Voorhies when she joined the cast of Saved By the Bell in the late '80s. Portraying Lisa Turtle had earned a Young Artist Award nomination. Though she had the opportunity to become even more famous, she never managed to make the big step in her career, and she was limited in just some guest roles in other TV series. The last time we saw her on-screen was in 2012 when she played on Closer To God: Jessica's Journey. Voorhies also tried modeling as well, but it seems that she's now mostly focused on writing, and she's released three publications, one in 2010 and two in 2011.

Cameron Diaz - 46 - Author

There was no doubt that Cameron Diaz would be given the keys to the door of Hollywood stardom, and her talent was obvious ever since she starred in The Mask. Her film portfolio is truly impressive, including classics like There's Something About Mary, Charlie's Angels, and The Gangs of New York. It seems though that we won't be seeing her on the silver screen any time soon, as she's announced her plan to retire from acting in 2017. We can still read her publications though, as Diaz has released two of them: The Body Book and The Longevity Book. Judging by her looks, we can surely get some tips from her!

Kareem Abdul-Jabbar - 71 - Author

Players like Kareem Abdul-Jabbar only appear once in a century, and the iconic Bucks and Lakers center has been dubbed by many as the greatest center of all time. Upon retiring in 1989, Jabbar had won six NBA Championships, while he's also been a part of the All-Star Team 19 times. Kareem keeps making public appearances and speeches, so it seems that a sedentary lifestyle doesn't suit him. He's authored 15 books and an audiobook, and many of them talk about social or racial issues, as well as about his time in the world's greatest basketball league. In 2016, he was awarded the Presidential Medal of Freedom by Barrack Obama.  

Mara Wilson - 31 - Writer

Mara Wilson couldn't have gotten a better career start. After starring as a child actress in the full movie Mrs. Doubtfire, she landed her trademark role on Matilda, where she portrayed the title character. Then, in 2000, she starred in Thomas And the Magic Railroad. She's practically retired now, though, in 2018, she voice-acted in Big Hero 6: The Series. She's stated that she's currently most interested in writing, and in 2016, she released a memoir called Where Am I Now?: True Stories of Girlhood and Accidental Fame. She's also written the script for a stage play called Sheeple, which debuted in the New York International Fringe Festival. 

Gary Dourdan - 52 - Singer & DJ

You might recognize Gary Dourdan from his time on CSI: Crime Scene Investigation, where he portrayed Warrick Brown from 2000 to 2008. Dourdan has also appeared in other acclaimed series such as A Different World, Glee, and others. Dourdan seems to have a deep passion for music, and he's composed many songs of his own, all of which he included in his 2015 studio album, Mother Tongue. He also occasionally works as a DJ, playing in nightclubs in France and Italy. However, his financial planning is still based on acting. In 2018, he appeared in an episode of the series, Power. 

Amanda Bynes - 32 - Fashion Design Student

Amanda Bynes bewitched us with her sweetness and acting prowess when she was just a child, appearing in the Nickelodeon TV shows All That and The Amanda Show. Growing up, she became every teenage boy's dream girl, and she was making money by starring in popular series and films. However, in 2010, she went on an indefinite hiatus from acting, and in 2013 attended the Fashion Institute of Design & Merchandising in Irvine. In 2018, she stated that she was 100% clean, following her struggles with illegal substances. Well, let's now just wait for her personal clothing line!

Candace Cameron Bure - 42 - Winemaker

Candace Cameron Bure rose to stardom by portraying D.J. Tanner in the iconic series, Full House, as well as in its spin-off, Fuller House. We'll be seeing her in 2019 again, as it's been revealed that the show will get a 5th season. She's also appeared in other TV shows, though she used to work as a host on The View as well. Candace and her husband, former professional hockey player Valeri Bure, made a big investment by founding their own wine company called Bure Family Wines. It produces wholesale wines and the production is made at Chateau Boswell Winery, located in California.

Chris Andersen - 40 - NBA Player

We don't think it's appropriate to call Chris Andersen a 'former' NBA player just yet. He's played for the Cleveland Cavaliers for the 2016-2017 season, but an ACL tear left him requiring recovery from the injury for the season end. But that wasn't the last of Andersen - he was signed on with BIG3 to join the draft pool and he was selected by Power in the draft of 2018 BIG3, helping them take the win for the BIG3 Championship of 2018. Things were quiet afterward, and people began suspecting his retirement, but in November 2018, Andersen shared with a reporter that he is actually seeking a comeback and isn't retired, as most wrongly assumed.

Barbi Benton - 69 - Interior Decorator

Barbara Lynn Klein is best known as Barbi Benton, and she has an outstanding show business career. Her portfolio has credits for her being a magazine cover girl and appearing in a number of TV shows like Fantasy Land, Love Boat and in Hee Haw.

Benton's singing career was also on the rise as she recorded several albums that reached modest success in the '70s. She has recorded four albums and two singles, and also acted in six films - the last of which was in 1983. She chooses a private life now, though, and she spends her time doing interior decorating.

Lisa Kudrow - 55 - Stay-At-Home Mom

Friends is one of the most popular shows of all time and actress Lisa Kudrow was the one who portrayed Phoebe Buffay on the show. Appearing in more than 200 episodes of the show had really helped her grow her fortune in her savings account. Kudrow is also well known for her roles on Analyze This, Romy and Michele's High School Reunion, and  Web Therapy. When Kudrow is not acting, she is a full-time mom and spends a lot of time with her son, Julian. Tim Duncan was a former NBA player who spent nearly two decades playing for the San Antonio Spurs. Thanks to all the money he was able to earn, Duncan did start his own business. He is the owner of the BlackJack Speed Shop, which is a vehicle customization shop.

Duncan did retire from his playing career back in 2016. He has been doing a lot of MMA training since then. As of 2019, Duncan is ready to start being active in the basketball scene again. This time, he is working as the new assistant coach of the Spurs.

Ѕtеvе Rоbеrt Guttеnbеrg – 60 – Writer

Ѕtеvе Guttеnbеrg is an actor, author, producer, director, and businessman. Guttenberg is best-known for his role in the hilarious comedy film series, Police Academy. A lesser known aspect of him, though is that he is also a published author! He has written a children's book, The Kids From D.I.S.C.O., about a group of superhero kids, as well as an autobiography! Steve is still an active actor and will appear in the upcoming political drama, Roe v. Wade. He is also known for his charity efforts and has been selected as the ambassador of the Entertainment Industry Foundation.

Alicia Silverstone - 42 - Cookbook Author

The '90s were Alicia Silverstone's time, and she truly shone with some spectacular performances on The Crush and in the 1997 film, Batman & Robin. Moreover, her appearances on two Aerosmith music videos made her the ultimate teenage crush. As the 2000s came, Silverstone kept landing lucrative roles but she also expanded her business plan, which now also includes writing. Silverstone has written two publications about healthy cooking and living: The Kind Diet (which became a NY Times best-seller) and The Kind Mama. She's still acting and in 2019, she starred in the horror film, The Lodge. 

Jim Carrey - 57 - Artist

There's no denying that Jim Carrey has made us giggle for hours countless times, whether as Ace Ventura or as God himself on Bruce Almighty. His gift as a comedian is undoubted, but in the last couple of years, Carrey has shown us that he's much more than just another funny guy with some huge fortune. Struggling with depression, Carrey found refuge in visual arts, as he often paints and creates sculptures. He has his own studio in downtown Los Angeles, and most of his paintings are socially or politically themed. In 2017, a documentary titled Jim Carrey: I Needed Color has been released, where he talks about his relationship with art.

Elizabeth Berkley - 46 - Animal Rights Activist

Elizabeth Berkley Lauren is a famous TV personality who is well known for having acted as 'Nomi Malone' in the film Showgirls and for acting in Saved By the Bell as 'Jessie Spano'. Today she has pretty much left her acting in the back seat, and she is rather focused on her animal rights activism, even wearing a form-fitting dress made up from collard greens, which happens to be worth $600 for the campaign by the name of  Lettuce Le Bean, sponsored by PETA. Well, those are expensive veggies, right! In 2008 and in 2009, a poll for the most beautiful vegetarian of the year ran and Lauren was ranked as one of them.

 Ali Macgraw - 79 - Yoga Instructor

Ali MacGraw's first notable role was on Goodbye, Columbus because her performance in the movie made her take home the Most Promising Newcomer award at the Golden Globe Awards. For her starring role in the movie Love Story, she won the Best Actress Award at the Golden Globe Awards. Since her early 50s, MacGraw has become devoted to Hatha Yoga and is now known for being a yoga instructor. In fact, MacGraw has released a best-selling yoga video titled Ali MacGraw Yoga Mind and Body. Her net worth today is estimated to be at $6 million.
